Mark Gregory, President of Tark & Associates, Inc. has extensive knowledge of the real estate land development and construction field. With a background in surveying and engineering, and employment experience in County Planning and Inspections, his knowledge and experience were combined and in 1995 with over 10 years experience, Tark & Associates, Inc. was formed.

Tark & Associates, Inc. is a General Contractor with Unlimited License in Building & Highway and has the knowledge, experience and expertise to complete jobs with overwhelming customer satisfaction.

In early 2000 with the market moving towards second home and vacation home ownership, Tark & Associates, Inc. began building on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in Dare County. Consisting of custom and speculative homes, the homes were designed, built and furnished with the vacation market in mind. We have acquired a reputation within the industry of being a conscientious builder and a name synonymous with quality and integrity. When purchasing a Tark & Associates, Inc. home, the owners know they have a professional quality product with service before, during and after the sale.

Over the years, Tark & Associates, Inc. has expanded into land development, commercial construction & development, and multi-family apartment communities. While specializing in multi-family apartment communities, we have expanded geographically and are constantly searching for new areas that are in need of rental units. With our experienced and knowledgeable team, we are poised to fulfill the rental housing demand.

As a pioneering entrepreneur, Tark & Associates, Inc. designed and built the first multi-family apartment community in Camden County. In addition we have developed the area's first commercial park.

Another advantage for Tark & Associates, Inc. is obtaining in-house property management services through a sister company, Tark Real Estate. This relationship provides excellent communication and management services for all multi-family projects. In addition the companies work in conjunction on a referral basis with clients choosing to purchase land and build a single-family home.
